Responsibilities Senior Data Analyst The Senior Data Analyst is responsible for maintaining data, securing data, managing data systems, processing data, and reporting data per the direction of the Compliance Audit Program Manager for Corporate, News, Sales & Administration, including input from all other Operational Compliance Audit leaders. Each team member within the Operational Compliance Audit function is expected to collaborate and engage with a mindset of One Team focused on quality, consistency, continuous improvement and providing exceptional value to our Company. Responsibilities Lead with maintaining and developing Compliance Audit Team data, reporting and analytics that provides insight to guide business decisions. Lead with system administration for Compliance Audit Team information reporting database. Lead with maintaining administrative records related to compliance audit programs. Lead with creating and maintaining recurring reporting to measure compliance to business standards. In partnership with the Compliance Audit Program Manager for Corporate, News, Sales & Administration, this role is accountable to deliver technical solutions and tools that enable the Audit team to qualitatively deliver Audit programs timely. Regularly engage with the compliance program managers and compliance auditors the audit process and audit reports, working together to ensure a quality and consistent audit approach. Leads in the technical development and implementation of audit programs, templates, and data analysis. Focused on delivering consistent and scalable input and reporting tools. Qualifications Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience Previous working experience in technical enablement of complex business process orientated teams Previous working experience within the Utility or Telecom industry preferred Strong interpersonal skills, problem-solving abilities Proficient experience in analyzing data, reporting, and application of analytic software Proficient knowledge in Microsoft office suite, or equivalent Ability to interpret data analyses for operational insights Demonstrated experience working independently exercising sound judgment in selecting methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria for obtaining results Ability to prioritize multiple-tasks with various high-level initiatives at the same time Strong proficiency in:
Written and oral communications Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Salary Range:
$80K -- $100K
Minimum Qualification
Data Science & Machine LearningEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
