The Concierge will assist in ensuring the satisfaction of the residents and guests at the property.
Some Responsibilities include:
Concierge:
Meeting, Greeting and directing residents and guests Verifying and recording visitor information Answering calls professionally and assists callers with directions or instructions for the building Receive and process incoming and outgoing laundry, shipments and/or mail/packages Monitor lobby traffic and alert residents to arriving guests and deliveries Maintain logbooks for visitors and contractors Other duties may be required Pay rate - $20.
96/hour Lightstone Group is an EOE m/f/d/v.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
