com/363321459/2dc64d1985 We are seeking to immediately fill the Office Administrative/HR Support position.
Along with our Office Administration Team, the successful candidate will be responsible for completing daily office administration tasks, answering customer service phone calls, overseeing inventory, and providing human resources support to the Human Resources Director/Office Manager.
This support position, depending on the organization's needs and the quality of the candidate's work, may lead to an assistant position.
This is a full-time in-office position.
COMMON EXPECTATIONS Knowledge of:
Relevant office, Human Resources support and administrative work.
Detail to customer service etiquette.
Basic principles and procedures of organizational skills, stocking, and inventory.
Modern office procedures and methods including computer equipment and supporting applications.
English usage, spelling, grammar, and punctuation.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES HR admin support, as needed Assisting with completing inventory of the organization, including but not limited to mail room, kitchens, conference rooms, storage rooms, pantry, etc.
Assisting with directing deliveries and restocking items Assisting with preparing, setting up and breaking down conference rooms for meetings or events Assisting with the receptionist area, conference rooms, mail room and other shared spaces and keeping them tidy, organized and fully stocked COMMON RESPONSIBILITIES Provide backup to the front desk and phones, as needed Filing/organizing documents, paperwork, and pertinent information Handling copying and faxing of work-related materials Preparing and sending out authorized mailings, scanning necessary documents Sorting general faxes, mail, and documents Create and maintain files, spreadsheets, logs, and other documents Screening calls and answering customer service questions/concerns Greeting guests and employees in person and/or on the phone when covering the front desk.
Performing ad hoc projects, as needed WORK ENVIRONMENT Maintain a healthy/positive working relationship with supervision, management within a diverse organizational team environment, and clientele Understanding that this position will be dealing with confidential information.

Computer, keyboarding, managing files, stocking inventory, mailings, handling deliveries, lift necessary items, etc.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS/PREFERENCES Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills Excellent communication skills Detail-oriented Highly organized Ability to work and coordinate with others in department to ensure coverage and accountability Ability to maintain confidentiality Zero tolerance for office gossip Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
