Avoid screens, make eye contact, chat and smile.
Perform client check in for each class Notify clients of current promotions that are happening Ensure New Clients are a Priority Identify new clients (green star icon), and make trainers aware of them.
Give clients an introduction to the studio, showing them where everything is, assisting them in using their lockers and talking them through the reformer machine.
Find out a little bit about them - ask them if they obtain injuries etc and pass this information onto the trainers.
Maintain General Tidiness of the Studio Assist the trainer in keeping the studio tidy between classes - ensure that the room is reset, equipment has been placed in original location, and that forgotten items such as water bottles are placed at lost property, wipes are stocked.
Restocking bathroom supplies - toilet paper, bathroom spray, deodorant etc and emailing direct line manager if anything is running noticeably low.
Daily cleaning tasks including mirror wiping and vacuuming Have a Basic Understanding of Mindbody Software Participate in training sessions to learn the functions of the software.
Follow all site specific processes on Mindbody when on shift.
Follow up with manager at end of shift in regards to leads, client inquiries, and studio needs Passion for fitness! Be able to work early mornings and/or late evenings.
A few mid day shifts will also be available.
Weekend availability is also highly preferred.
