Responsible for managing, developing and growing the New York market. Selling world class Hydronic heat and renewable energy systems. Maintain, identify, and secure residential and commercial customers. Provide technical advice to clients. Must have experience selling in the Long Island, Westchester, New York Market.
Key Duties:
Assist in preparing effect Sales Forecast/Budget for the Territory and target revenues.
Maintain relationships with all customers, active and potential, in the assigned territory (wholesalers, engineering offices, ESCOs, contractors, etc.) to maintain a consistently high level of product awareness.
Identify and qualify opportunities within your account territory, following leads, participating in organizations, attending trade shows and conferences.
Provide product assistance/technical advice regarding equipment selection, replacement parts identification, substitution of alternative parts.
Demonstrate product features and benefits for existing products and new products.
Monitor market conditions, product innovations, competitor products, sales, and pricing.
Provide reporting and analysis of sales results, administration, and ensure accuracy.

Skills & Experience:
Technical Degree or equivalent work experience is required.
Minimum 3-years experience selling Boilers, Hydronic Heat products, ideally in the wholesale distribution channel, ideally in the New York marketplace.
Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
Assertive team player, with solid work ethics and values.
Adaptable and flexible to work with a diverse customer base and sales team.
Strong organizational skills, creative and systematic working habits, self-starter.
Excellent interpersonal, language, and communication skills.
A self-starter that is motivated and able to work effectively from a home based office in the Territory.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
