Position reports to the Accounts Payable Team Leader .The Accounts payable department is responsible for the processing invoices , checks and related paperwork for several companies in multiple geographic locations. Aspects of the job include.
1. Matching and batching vendor invoices
2. Entering bills into Mas 90 accounts payable system
3. Communicate with vendors and internal departments
4. Filing of related paperwork
5. Any other duties from time to time
Requirements:
1. 1-2 years A/P processing experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
2. 2 year associate degree in a relevant field will receive preference
3. Organized
4. Self Starter
5. Detail oriented with good follow-up skills
6. Good communication, both written and verbal
