ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT SALES DIVISION
The Administrative Assistant provides general administrative support to the Sales Division at the Company to include Marketing Manager, Sales Team Member(s), Field Managers and Executive Management. This position will report to the Marketing Manager.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:
? Assists with administrative aspects of sales and marketing processes such as proposals, correspondence (including electronic communications), forms, receipts, check requests, etc.
? Assists with obtaining account data and researches material for Sales Team Member(s)
? Provides timely and consistent follow through with customer
? Provides work status reports with work order numbers for daily activity to Sales Team Member(s) and Executive Management
? Provides information in support of requests regarding department projects, programs and/or events
? Continually engaged in product knowledge and services offered
? Maintains database and updates accounting system, if needed
? Handles telephone calls and e-mails for Sales Team Member(s)
? Assists with promotional events and/or trade shows
? Assists daily with telephone switchboard
? Performs other duties as appropriately assigned

JOB QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS
? High School diploma or College degree
? 3-5 years of administrative support in office environment for a small to mid-size Company
? Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
? Team player with excellent oral and written skills, analytical skills, able to multi-task, excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize daily workload
? Working knowledge of Timberline is a plus
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
? Ability to professionally perform multiple, detail-oriented tasks; strong organizational skills; able to work independently on various projects assigned from the Marketing Manager
This position outlines the basic duties and requirements for the position noted. There may be additional duties assigned accordingly by Management.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
