Location Details of HQ: Long Island, NY

Job Skills: Mandatory
3+ years SFDC experience
Experience handling all aspects of CRM, case management and platform maintenance
Past experience resolving technical and functional issues, assisting in the implementation of new functionality and managing data
Strong project management experience is highly desired
Understanding of technical side of Salesforce a strong plus
Must be authorized to work in the US (US Citizens and GC holders only)
Certified professionals strongly preferred

Job Responsibilities:
Manage a large scale implementation including the integration of supporting apps
Perform all tasks related to day-day operations
Manage users, create and maintain custom objects and fields, handle data migration and maintain page layouts
Assist in the configuration and maintenance of sandbox environments to facilitate development and QA testing of new features and functionality
Manage a fast-paced queue of support tickets, driving all issues to resolution with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and efficient task execution
Take complete ownership of SFDC instance once implementation is complete
Support the day-to-day functionality of a complex implementation used by the Sales, Marketing, Business Development and Service teams.
Participate in the research, selection, set up and support of third-party application tools

Compensation Details:

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
