Business Manager, GxT Chief of Staff Office

The Business Manager will manage critical, cross-business unit global initiatives for the Head of GxT and the GxT Chief of Staff Office.
S/he will report directly to the GxT Chief of Staff and will manage multiple priorities on a day-to-day basis and must be able to respond quickly to time-sensitive deliverables.
The Business Manager will be involved in setting strategic direction, organizational planning and communication.
Specific responsibilities to include:
Provide daily counsel and support to the Chief of Staff on all matters relating to day-to-day organizational management Facilitate meetings with GxT Leadership Team and Senior Managers to execute strategic initiatives and perform critical, time-sensitive analyses Prepare executive level strategic overviews, business reviews and other material leveraging relationships in the GxT organization and understanding of the business and the market covering a wide variety of topics Assist in managing all regular team stakeholder communications and meetings, including staff meetings, leadership meetings and team-wide events Champion organizational initiatives with limited definition in order to identify root causes, develop solutions and translate into specific recommendations for action Develop and maintain the GxT scorecard Assist in the delivery of weekly and monthly standardized reporting Oversee Leaders in Excellence Award process for GxTQualificationsBusiness and Technical Requirements 5 - 7 years of management experience Business manager mindset, with proven track record of results Strategic and project management capabilities coupled with strong analytic and financial acumen Demonstrated ability to synthesize information, prioritize business goals and drive results with a high sense of urgency Unique customer focus.
Strong track record of achievement in applying a customer mindset to shape solutions and approaches and to realize marketplace potential/achieve financial goals.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
