AVP, Senior Recruiter- Risk

The Senior Recruiter will provide full life cycle recruitment support for the Citi Risk Function.
This recruiter will apply his/her previous financial services experience developing relationships with the business leadership and HR partners in order to align the talent acquisition strategy to business needs at all levels.
-Manages full life cycle recruiting process for Citi Risk -Partners with business managers and HR Generalists to drive recruiting strategies for open positions at all levels.
-Ensures alignment of recruiting activities with business goals and objectives -Proactively source for talent through multiple channels -Adheres to all compliance and regulatory requirements -Implements and supports diversity recruiting efforts and participates in diversity recruiting events and activities -Leverage robust industry connections/network and to proactively identify external talent -Provide market intelligence to business partnersQualifications-Minimum 3 years working in large complex financial services organizations and/ or search firm -Bachelor's Degree -Proven experience delivering results by driving innovation and exhibiting subject matter expertise in order to influence business hiring decisions -Demonstrated ability to identify candidates via direct sourcing -Proven experience with proactive multi-channel sourcing across multiple job functions and families -Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
