Senior Customer Service Reps
Wage: $17.00/hr
Various Shifts (Required - 35 or more hours per week including Saturdays)
Well-established organization is seeking Customer Service Reps with exceptional Microsoft Excel experience to:
o Utilize Microsoft Excel, specialized software and databases to perform decision making on customer eligibility
o Process pertinent documents and electronic information
o Handle heavy volume inbound and outbound calls to resolve issues
o Manage relevant data and perform extensive sorting and filtering using Microsoft Excel spreadsheets and applicable databases
o Enter customer information and inquiries into Microsoft Excel and other computer tracking systems
o Provide analysis and reports, conduct research and perform other administrative tasks
o Strong expertise in Microsoft Excel required
o Prior customer service and/or call center experience strongly preferred
o A background check will be done
o Must be open to working flexible hours, overtime and/or weekends (1 day) if requestedEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
