Responsibilities
The primary function of the Client Service Representative is to uphold its main goal to connect, direct and assist internal and external customers in an accurate, convenient, professional and timely manner. Be responsible for quality assurance of all inquiries and orders, ensuring accuracy and that customer needs are met relating to quantity, type of product, and product service requirements. Project a professional company image through phone interaction and increase customer service and satisfaction with NYBC products and services.
Qualifications
Education:
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Experience:
Minimum 3 years customer service representative experience in a Call Center environment Preferred. Experience in use of order Management Software preferred.
Skills and Abilities:
Ability to communicate effectively and clearly via telephone with an outgoing and energetic personality; Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment; Excellent communication, analytical and decision making skills; Proficiency in MS Office Suite and computer applications; Ability to lift up to 50 pounds; Must be available to work flexible shifts as needed.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
